Starting your very own home business is actually not a new concept nowadays, as evidenced by the myriad of different home-based businesses that can be found on the internet today. People have been doing this for quite some time now, especially after the internet has opened a lot of new business opportunities for everyone.
Unfortunately, not a lot of people are willing to start their own home business. Here are 3 reasons as to why people are afraid of starting one of their own home business.
Reason #1: Knowing Very Little
One of the main reasons why a lot of people are afraid of starting their own home business is the fact that they don’t really understand how to do it, nor do they understand much about how the internet works. Since they are not educated enough about how to start their own home business, they are scared to try and do it. The more they know, then the more comfortable they would be of starting their own business.
Reason #2: Reading About Business Failures
A lot of people would try to do some research first about a particular thing before they try to do it. Starting a home business is the same thing. Unfortunately, people may come upon a lot of stories about how their home business ended up in failure, and these stories could actually create a sense of fear in people. Nobody wants to lose their hard-earned money. If you read a lot of stories of failure about home businesses, then you might find yourself second-guessing yourself.
Reason #3: No Confidence
One of the reasons why people fear starting their own home business is that they do not believe that they know well enough to be able to market their product or service to their prospective clients. If they can’t sell their products well, then they believe that they won’t be able to earn enough to live on.
These are just some of the reasons why people fear starting their own home business. Starting a home business could be a risky venture, but it can also be very rewarding if done the right way.

This is the question I found myself pondering after reading every word of their sleek and compelling sales letter…
First things first, I always believe in giving credit where credit is due…
Here is what I like about CopyNProfit.com:
- Affiliate marketing IS the best way to get started making money online.
- They have easy to use tools for newbie marketers.
On the flip side, here is what I don’t like about it:
- Google Adwords is a complicated beast if you’re first starting out. (To think you can just plug in and profit without expert guidance and mentorship is foolish)
- Fierce competition. (Any profitable campaign won’t last very long with hundreds of affiliates using the exact same keywords/ads)
If you think your results are going to be anything near what they boast on their sales page, good luck!
Is there a chance you could make decent money, of course-but there is also a chance you could make some decent money trading your paycheck for a handful of lotto scratchers at your local liquor store…

I will give co-founder Monika St. John credit for coming up with a clever way of making money online, but overall this glorified referral affiliate program is a major disappointment.
I’d rather stuff envelopes until my fingers bleed than do this, no offense to its creators…
If you don’t mind doing tedious work for small commissions, this program is for you…
On the other hand, if you’re seeking for a real online business with six or seven figure income potential, ProjectPayDay is definitely not your answer…

Save your money, many people are being scammed because…
You’ve probably seen ads for this plastered all over Google if you’re looking for a legitimate way to make money online.
They are selling a system (e-book) that teaches you how to make money online using rebates. From casino sign-up bonuses to auto-surf programs, this “system” is definitely not a real business.
It wouldn’t surprise me if they got shut down by Johnny Law sooner or later for unethical business practices…
The ironic thing is, the people that are successful with this system make all of their money selling e-books, NOT with rebates!
Hate to break the news to you, but Cash1234dotcom isn’t the gravy train to riches they make it out to be.
But wait…In all fairness, let’s look at both sides of the coin…
The Pros:
- Good sales letter. It does an excellent job of positioning the system as the “magic pill” for making money online. (total gimmick in my opinion!)
- It appeals to just about everyone interested in making money online at first glance, and may even have a decent conversion from leads to e-book sales.
The Cons:
- The product has no substance. Nobody who is serious about making money online is going to waste their time with rebate programs
- The only real way to make money is to sell other people the same worthless e-Book that you bought in the first place!
- Low price point = low commissions. You’d have to sell thousands of e-books a month to make any real money with this system.
In an attempt to keep this review unbiased, I’ve held back on the negatives, but I think you get the idea.
Cash1234dotcom.com is definitely not the solution

Why Moving Away From Pain Is More Effective In Home Business Copywriting…
Anytime you write an ad or sales copy for your home business you have 2 choices:
- Influence prospects by using examples that move them away from pain
- Influence them with examples that move them towards pleasure
The answer to this has been proven over time in countless studies and split-tests.
Influencing people by using examples that move them away from pain are more effective!
For example, using scenarios like:
“Start your own home business so your boss can’t yell at you anymore!”
“Do it so you can avoid breaking your childs heart when you can’t afford to give them any presents for christmas.”
“Start now so you don’t have to spend another minute not being appreciated for your hard work.”
It’s not hard to tell that each of those statements were negative, pain triggering statements that most people can unfortunately relate to in some way.
On the flip side, there are pleasure focused statements such as:
“Start a home business so you can drive a brand new Ferrari.”
“Make extra money online so you can buy thos new shoes you’ve been wanting.”
“Take action now so you can take a trip to Mexico and bury your toes in the warm white sand while sipping on a drink with an umbrella in it.”
While these are pleasant thoughts, they don’t motivate people nearly as much as painful and emotional triggers do!
People dream about pleasure statements more than they actually do anything about them!
Next time you do any copywriting for home business make sure the benefits of what you offer move people away from pain because they are the most effective way to get people to take action.
