How To Dominate High Competition Keywords
For a rookie internet marketer, high competition keywords are your worst enemy—but for the
experienced marketer, they are an absolute goldmine. (anywhere there’s a lot of competition,
there’s always a lot of money to be made)
In less than two minutes, you will discover how to dominate high competition keywords.
When it comes to any form of marketing, there are three critical elements you can focus on
to crush your competitors:
These are the three critical elements as they pertain to pay-per-click marketing
and Google AdWords:
1) Increase Your Profit Margins
Example: If you make profit $5 for every widget you sell and your competition
only makes $3 profit per widget, you can afford to outbid your competitors on
expensive keywords.
2) Increase Conversions (from visitors to leads, leads to sales, etc…)
This is not only a great way to dominate high competition keywords, but its
also the fastest and easiest way to double or triple the amount of money going
into your bank account every month.
Example: If you are sending traffic to a capture page that is converting 8% of
your visitors into leads, and then you create a new capture page that converts
16% of visitors into leads, you’ve just doubled the value of every visitor to your
website.
3) Up-sell Like Crazy (anything and everything)
It’s ok if you lose some money on the front end of your business as long as you
have a solid system in place for up-selling. It’s not wise to rely solely on back-
end products to turn a profit, but up-selling in a market where your competitors
are not definitely gives you a competitive advantage.
Example: Use a funded proposal to pay for your marketing, but always provide premium priced products and services on the back-end. (always give your customers an opportunity to spend more money with you)
If you master these three critical elements, you’re well on your way to dominating
high competition keywords (your competitors won’t even know what hit em’).
All three elements boil down to this core concept-- increase the value of every visitor
to your website—it’s the only guaranteed way to profit wildly from high competition keywords.
Don’t forget to mine the gold laying on the surface with Cash Cow Keywords.

You can generate thousands of FREE leads every month, all on autopilot, and dominate your competition if you follow this simple system for finding cash cow keywords…
The marketers that understand this are cashing BIG CHECKS like clockwork.

With that being said, what makes a cash cow keyword?
Let’s try not to overcomplicate this whole thing.
If you have keywords that generate a lot of traffic for cheap, you’ve found cash cow keywords.
In other words, these are keywords with Most rookies go wrong and lose their shirt when they first start marketing with Google AdWords because they have no idea what keywords to bid on.
high traffic and low competition.
They immediately start overbidding on the most overused, highly competitive keywords and their bank accounts get eaten alive.
Keeping things simple, stay away from the wolves (high competition keywords) and you’ll do just fine.
Easier said than done, you’re probably saying, right?
Well, not really. It’s easier to find good keywords than you think.
You don’t have to bid on keywords directly related to making money online.
Often times, you can even generate better quality traffic from more specific keyword phrases. Here are some examples if we are generating traffic for the network marketing industry:
Company Names (ex. Global Resorts Network)
Guru / Author Names (ex. Mike Dillard)
Product Names (ex. PPC Domination)
Marketing System Names (ex. Infinite Income Plan)
Get the idea?
The more specific you get and the more creative you are, the more money you’ll make.

Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Ads That Melt The Left Click Button
Writing a pay-per-click (ppc) ad that SKYROCKETS with QUALIFIED clicks is easy…if you follow this simple 3 step formula.
There are 3 steps to pay-per-click ads that you MUST know before writing one.
An effective ad that pulls like crazy needs to be keyword targeted, benefit driven, and structured properly:
- Keyword Targeted - Always include the keyword you are advertising under as a relevant part of the title of your ad as well as in the copy or display domain. Not only will the keyword be automatically highlighted in bold by most search engines such as Google, but this will also grab the attention of the reader due to your ad’s exact relevance to what they were searching for. Search engines like Google also reward you for doing this by boosting your ad’s positioning and charging a lower bid price.
- Benefit Driven - This is exactly what your prospect stands to gain from your opportunity. It is usually a good idea to base this off an emotional trigger or need you’ve identified with your prospect. In Example Statements Like: “No More Cold Calling”, “No Selling To Friends & Family” or direct benefits such as “Free Time With Family” or “More Income To Retire Early On.” The next line of your ad should be either another benefit to your prospect if it is really good or a feature of your product or service that is very competitive in your industry. This comes only AFTER you have told them the direct benefits to them in the line before. Learn more copywriting tactics at our other post if you need more help. You can also find out about the 3 easy steps to writing copy.
- Structured Properly - The first line after the title should contain a statement that describes the biggest benefits your prospect will receive from your offer. The line after should then be another benefit or feature of your product or service. Lastly, the display domain should be a relevant dot com web address that contains your keyword or related industry.
Your PPC ad should be structured like this:
KeywordTitle; #1 Benefit; #2 Benefit/Feature; Keyword Relevant Domain.com
When you follow this very duplicateable formula your Google, Yahoo and MSN pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns will convert better with QUALITY leads.

How To Drive Boatloads Of Traffic Online - Your Prospects Are Fish In A Bucket…
Driving traffic is like fishing.
The more lines you have in the water, the more fish you will catch. It’s that simple.
It makes me puke when I see people over-complicating the subject online. Everyone wants to talk about the “secrets” to driving traffic that don’t exist.
It all comes down to, how many lines do you have in the water? Do you have one, two, ten? Or do you have an entire net in the water like a professional fisherman would?
Most people never succeed in internet marketing because they approach driving traffic to their website like a weekend fisherman at a local lake.
What is the difference between your weekend warrior (someone earning a few $100 dollars a month) and a commercial fishing operation (someone earning $1,000’s of dollars per month)? One never uses more than a tiny rod with 5lb. line on it for a few hours at a time—while the other one, a commercial fishing vessel casts out a monstrous net—and basically leaves its enormous net in the water until a school of fish feverishly swims into it, and eventually ends up heaved onto the hull of the boat.
What’s the real “secret” to driving massive traffic online?
If you want to catch more fish (make more sales), put more lines in the water. Cast out so many lines that you eventually have a net, one that will pull in prospects for you on autopilot, 24/7.
As John Reese says in Traffic Secrets 2.0, if you want to drive more traffic, own more of the internet (cast out more fishing lines).
Consider all of these strategies the different “fishing poles” you have on your boat:
Article Marketing
Video Marketing
Forum Marketing
Blogging And SEO - Ex. Make Money From Home Online
Social Marketing (Facebook, Myspace, Twitter)
And many more…
Now, each time you write an article, produce a short video, post on your blog, or add a friend on one of your many social network profiles, it is like casting another fishing line into the water with fresh bait.
This is also the core of magnetic marketing, or attraction marketing.
Every one of these fishing techniques positions you as the expert people are looking for in your industry. Everyone wants to work with someone they perceive to be more knowledgeable than they are; and by producing great content that people will appreciate and receive value from, your are demonstrating your expertise and positioning yourself for success.
If you wan’t to dominate your competition (rival fishing boats), cast more lines out into the water—it’s purely a numbers game (just make sure you are putting out quality content).
