How To Sponsor Superstar Network Marketers Like Clockwork
As a network marketer, you know that all it takes to skyrocket your income is to sponsor one superstar.
But….Wait a minute….If you’ve been in network marketing long you realize that recruiting a top producer is no easy task, at least not early on.
So why are superstar network marketers so few and far between? And how can you attract more of them into your business?
(Imagine…if you could only recruit one top producer every month you’d be burying your toes in the pearly white sand off the coast of a remote island, somewhere near Fiji.)
This question baffled me for a while, but eventually it hit me over the head like a club.
Most people have no confidence in investing their money into a business recommended by someone they don’t know.
Trust has to be built. This is the first step.
Secondly, your prospect must view you as an expert. This is the foundation of all Attraction Marketing
Nobody in their right mind would ever invest their hard-earned dollars in a business recommended by someone they don’t know unless of course they perceived that person to be an expert in that specific field.
Now put yourself inside the head of a superstar network marketer. Who would you join if you were seeking a new business opportunity to promote? A network marketer that is MORE or LESS successful than you are?
People naturally gravitate towards those they perceive to have more power, money, and success than themselves.
I call it, the “Ladder Theory” of Network Marketing.
It all comes down to this: Every person has a place on the ladder, and your ranking is determined by your skill level and experience as an internet marketer and business owner.
(It is NOT, however, directly tied to your income level, although it would be a mistake to say that your ability to generate income online isn’t a major factor.)
Your value (place on the ladder) as a network marketer also involves several other factors. These factors include your ability lead and inspire others, and most importantly, your ability to teach others how to duplicate your success.
So how do you climb the network marketing “ladder” and make yourself more attractive as a leader?
The answer is, you become a better leader – then success will find YOU automatically. Climb the ladder by continually educating yourself, and making it was easy as possible for others to duplicate your success.
If you find ways to help others make more money online, and give without want, you will naturally start attracting other leaders into your business.
Leaders only want to work with other leaders.
